想係鯉魚門食海鮮食得平,又要好食,咁第一就一定係要食餐,第二就係要先去同樣係鯉魚門入面的一間海鮮檔先買食餐嘅海鮮,人衡$300就可以揀5款海,就包埋酒家加工錢。而今日我哋就先去享記買海鮮之後就係快樂海港食飯,我哋揀咗扇貝,海蝦,龍蝦,北海道毛蟹,同青班仔,老闆娘重送咗啲花甲,咁就加埋6款海鮮,快樂果邊一般都會送個海鮮湯同油菜嘅。講下啲海鮮點樣煮同好唔好食先。蒜蓉油墨菜 - 正常酒家水準,蒜味較重,跟餐送嘅,三人份量算係咁。海鮮湯 - 同樣跟餐送嘅,個湯唔係無味嘅例水,係明顯有好重鮮味嘅,但佢又加咗啲番茄同豆腐同啲海鮮下欄,鮮味嘅。芝士焗龍蝦加伊麵底 - 本地龍都叫做大隻,爽彈,焗得唔會過火,芝士味好重,份量以三個人嚟講算多,伊麵吸晒啲汁一齊食好好食呢。花彫蛋白蒸北海道毛蟹 - 花彫,蛋白加蟹汁三者同蒸係一個完美嘅配合,只要蒸煮時間啱無可能唔好食,毛蟹唔係好大隻,但300蚊食餐,又毛蟹又龍蝦邊到搵呀。清蒸青班仔 - 廣東人蒸魚,只要新鮮就會好食,魚旗向上,明顯新鮮啦。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝 - 唔好以為啲蒜蓉粉絲咁大pat就以為粒扇貝好細粒,都係中等size,絲粉唔乾身得嚟濕潤帶蒜蓉及豉油汁,扇
