估唔到香港有咁嘅地方,有少少似日本😂,之前聽朋友推介呢度嘅海鮮套餐相當吸引,咁我,就同fd 就去試吓啦,我哋當日就喺油塘搭的士去鯉魚門食海鮮🤣今次我哋就叫咗匠心海之盛宴套餐(4人份量),首先職員會將一盤今日會煮嘅海鮮放喺枱上面介紹一次俾客人聽,然後比大家去影相打卡😂,之後就會攞去煮,大家都好期待😝首先就係生蠔🦪,生蠔上面仲有啲海膽同埋黑鱘龍魚籽,生蠔好肥美,海膽好新鮮,仲有啲魚籽點綴下😋湯霜季節龍蝦,小編都對係第一次將隻龍蝦咁樣去煮來食😂,用啲熱湯煮去兩成熟,在厚切放喺冰上面,食嗰陣點下啲柚子汁豉油,真係好爽好鮮味🙂季節活魚薄切,感覺就好似普通刺身咁,不過食得出都好新鮮嘅🤣鮑魚天婦羅配白松露醬,就係將鮑魚用天婦羅嘅方法去煮,我都係第一次食,再配上黑松露醬,簡直食唔停口😊炸魚頭骨腩同Shake Shake 慢煮活波士頓龍蝦,小編就鍾意啖啖肉,所以依兩道菜都冇乜肉可以食,不過味道都唔錯鴨骨上湯浸時令貝,個湯好鮮甜,啲,d蜆都大大隻,唔會剩係得啲殼😂日式牛油蒜蓉大蔥炒龍蝦頭配烏冬,烏冬充滿牛油蒜蓉汁,另外仲會有鍋巴一齊食,口感層次更豐富。小編就覺得整體感覺都唔錯,而且個環境都好特別,望住個海
