炸芝士略厭有啲油膩!覺得唔炸好食啲😂

Nasturtium oil, kefir
魚肉加青瓜,魚肉係有口感嘅都加咗檸檬汁都幾清新!正常未算驚喜!

🍴TUBETTI TRUFFLE CARBONARA (9/10)
Fresh shaved truffle, Parmigiano, Pecorino romano, egg yolk,勁香濃黑松露味,好有奶香好creamy,用咗細粗管粉有口感又好掛汁,好好食,真係招牌菜😆


🍴TENDERLOIN ALLA ROSSINI (7/10)
Australian tenderloin, pan seared foie gras,牛扒肉質偏瘦,中間食落嫩滑有肉香,不過表皮煎得太燶太鞋口扣左分,薯蓉香滑有松露香!

Red cabbage, lobster salsa, red radish, fava beans,龍蝦鹹香彈牙爽口,個汁用咗蝦膏去煮,係個酸菜同龍蝦唔夾😂
