今日放工諗住早早地食埋飯先返屋企。行行下,見到呢間潮洲飯店好耐無食,於是入去幫襯下先😝由於之前食開,知道碟頭都較大,所以人少少,只係叫左2餸1主食一坐底會先上一碟配菜,通常係淹酸菜或者煮花生,今日係滷豆腐配肉碎😋食潮洲野又點少得滷水食物?滷水拼盤:鵝片+豬耳,附送豆腐。鵝片好嫩、好juice,肥瘦適中,而且味道剛好-入味而唔鹹,好香。豬耳:好彈牙、爽口,而且肉都幾多。不知不覺食左好多骨膠原落肚,但又唔會覺得油同肥😆😆水瓜烙:做得好出色,兩邊都煎得好香脆,內里水瓜好多,食落好juice,濕潤同香脆嘅口感同時並存啊,厲害👍🏻糖醋雙面黃:其實我第一次食,不過幾好味。我發現面原來面簡簡單單咁唔用肉煮都可以咁好食😲可能因為係面食,所以食完好飽😅
