To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢款限定既厚切鰻魚$12蚊件真係無得頂！！無噏味唔在講，juicy有油份，肉厚，成舊放落口真係入口即溶，係要小心 d細骨。上碟件鰻魚係熱既，個口充滿魚香，真係好正，encore左幾次！我都有叫呢個餐牌上面有既鰻魚芝士青瓜卷$14. 呢款上面個鰻魚係唔同既，薄得黎唔juicy, 亦無咁新鮮。比起之前既限定厚切鰻魚，貴多兩蚊有中間既芝士青瓜，但跟本唔突出，上面塊鰻魚又唔同質素，試唔過。鐘意鰻魚既絕對推介 $12 厚切版！！呢個三文魚湯都唔錯，裡面有咁大個三文魚鮫！！湯有三文魚既甜味，凍左會腥，襯熱！仲有呢款雞翼都唔錯，外脆內juicy, 非常嫩滑，熟度岩岩好，唔會話骨仲有紅色。其他野就正正常常啦！
