聽過鱈卵屋已經有一段日子,不過呢晚係我第一次嚟試。打開餐牌,選擇幾豐富,估唔到明太子嘅菜式可以有咁多變化。餐紙同筷子托用紅葉做主題,好有秋天嘅感覺。鬆軟明太子上灌湯蛋卷,每層蛋皮煎得薄而鬆,中間夾住明太子,份量多到就快爆出嚟咁,食起嚟就多汁鹹香。鱈卵碗配鰻魚,飯面鋪咗大量明太子,然後就係自選嘅鰻魚,另外仲有筍粒同蛋絲。呢碗飯有三種唔同嘅食法,首先將配料同飯撈勻嚟食,味道唔錯。之後按個人喜好加啲調味料,例如白芝麻、蔥花、紫菜絲、芥末、香草絲或黑芝麻,咁就多添幾分惹味。最後倒埋特製嘅日式上湯落去整成茶漬湯飯,湯飲起嚟有淡淡木魚清香,唔會太膩。極品番薯,質感香軟粉糯,甜度啱啱好,用佢嚟做結尾都唔錯。
