天婦羅蝦頭配醉縞蝦~ 縞蝦用上昆布同三款酒醃製,帶淡淡酒香之餘,鮮味突岀。蝦頭相當香脆,鹹香十足。加上滑溜水雲、柚子醋、海葡萄,不失清爽。家姐呀妹都好鍾意!

甘鯛立鱗燒~ 將滾油淋係鯛魚上,令魚鱗變得好薄脆之餘,魚肉唔會過熟。肉質軟滑唔乾,魚味超濃,完全唔腥。配埋sake白奶油醬同柚子皮,都幾清新~

本地三黃雞配三文魚子飯~ 雖然小女子已經七八成飽,但食完一碗飯就忍唔住繼續添。半隻雞加成鍋飯 兩個人share,男仔食完應該都夠飽~
三黃雞皮脆肉嫩,但薄薄嘅雞皮一入口就會即刻變腍同黐。飯方面選用左北海道七星米,飯粒超煙韌有香脆飯焦,仲有三文魚子同蔥提味。不過最驚喜嘅一定係超順滑嘅黃酒汁!令成個飯同雞嘅生色不少
