有事去西貢一行,午餐當然唔會點大魚大肉,但入到海鮮酒家個心諗,佢啲海鮮會唔會都見得吓人呢?即管攞個午餐quota唻試試,結果證明又奶一次嘢.個心想食河粉,又見到有所謂既班腩,諗住啱晒啦,滿足到我.送到嚟,大家睇到張相,油水充足.好老實,油水足就緊係師傅好炒啦,都有少少見怪不怪.至於啲魚,張相唔係太可以表達到佢實際既情況,但叫佢做魚乾都不為過. 一舊魚只係有中間少少嗰部份可以食得,圍邊嗰啲係硬到完全唔可以入口.啲河粉又油.炸得冇技巧加上個完全唔得batter,只能講一句又做了羊牯.
