To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

---今次去咗鹿苑試咗佢哋嘅魚蛋雲吞麵，真係一個舒服嘅午餐選擇。麵條彈牙得嚟唔會太硬，湯底清甜，一啲都唔會太鹹或者油膩，好適合追求健康飲食嘅人。至於魚蛋，彈性十足，每一啖都飽滿得嚟入口即溶。雲吞裡面嘅餡料也好實在，皮薄餡多，同湯底完美融合。飲品方面，佢哋嘅豆漿真係另一個驚喜，甜度啱啱好，豆香味濃郁又唔膩。還有，別忘咗試下佢哋嘅牛丸，質感彈牙而且味道鮮美，每一粒牛丸都令人回味無窮。總括來講，鹿苑嘅魚蛋雲吞麵、豆漿同牛丸都值得推介，仲有辣椒油勁香勁辣，下次再去絕對會再點嚟食。---
