普遍人見到魚生「熱食」都可能會覺得浪費左或者會覺得唔夾,不過試左就知唔係個回事。魚生其實最後先放上去所以並唔會熟晒架!個飯既汁調配得剛剛好,而且有飯焦,岩晒鍾意食飯焦既人。半年後再黎食,都係食返海膽,不過對應返上年食,海膽品種原來唔同左,2款都好好味,不過個人比較喜歡上年個款多一點。根據唔同飯會配唔同既小食,我哩款有醃蘿蔔,麵豉湯。不過大家要耐心等候,個釜飯係即整架,所以平均都要等15-20分鐘先有得食。同事食極上釜,佢都覺得唔錯。
