在灣仔打滾了多年,近年多帶飯,少出街食。這天,與同事外出用餐,去了謝斐道的九龍粉麵。中午,在灣仔搵食,人多擠逼不在話下,且往往遇上食肆老闆無禮對待。同一條街上的蛋包飯,小妹剛受了點氣,稍後再詳寫了。不過,九龍粉麵的員工,並沒有因生意忙碌而得失客人,由門口阿姐,至落單侍應,均十分親切有禮。魚鱻寶河$46中的「鱻」,音讀「仙」,解作「新鮮」。先呷一口清湯,鮮甜無比,且吃完一整碗湯麵,喉嚨毫無乾涸之感,可見其屬真材實料之作。餸料有炸墨魚餅、魚蛋和鯪魚球,三者均屬新鮮之作,墨魚餅內,啖啖富咬口的墨肉。同事要了秘製南乳豬手粗麵$34。海皇鱔炸魚皮$15,配上了一碗奶白色的魚湯。惜,略嫌炸魚皮未夠酥脆,僅屬硬脆而矣﹗
