To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🐷蜜汁叉燒,🥒拍蒜青瓜,白胡椒海蜇頭:蜜汁叉燒嘅質感非常鬆軟,經過煮製令到肉質超淋加上有濃郁嘅醬料,味道唔錯,另外青瓜同海蜇頭都非常入味,而且好新鮮,海蜇頭加咗麻油令到整體更加芳香,都係一度好既頭盤開胃菜👍🏻

🌟花膠遼參鮑魚煲:呢份係用咗上等嘅食材烹製而成,鮑魚嘅肉質非常爽口彈牙都幾入味,不過花膠就似乎煮耐左啲,開始有少少溶比較難搵,整體嘅味道都唔錯,不過係偏鹹咗啲

🦞乾蔥白酒汁龍蝦: 冇諗過佢嘅擺盤會係咁單調,另外其實係白酒汁嚟但睇落似芝士焗龍蝦,唔係好食得出有白酒嘅味道,不過佢本身嘅蝦肉都非常新鮮同爽口彈牙

🐮鵝肝牛柳粒: 呢份鵝肝牛柳粒非常惹味,佢將鵝肝切成粒狀,味道香濃,絕對唔老,另外牛柳粒嘅熟度都啱啱好,咬落去好嫩😍

🥬蝦乾竹笙扒時菜: 呢款菜冇咩特別,但佢賣相唔錯同埋應該要連埋上面嗰兩款菜一齊上,咁就唔會覺得好鹹同膩

🍚龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯 :到最後呢款飯就係呢度嘅鎮店之寶,我每一次嚟到都會叫呢一個飯,事關佢真係超好食,首先佢嘅飯粒同脆米都非常平均,飯要做到軟硬適中,然後將龍蝦肉切成細粒,再加上秘製嘅清湯底,就變咗一碗泡飯,口感都非常豐富🤤🤤🤤

⭐️甜品:
🍰和田玉棗糕: 佢哋嘅製法非常煙靭,味道都濃郁,甜度又適中,真係老少咸宜😂
🍧生磨杏仁茶: 另外佢哋嘅杏仁茶都係好香濃,遠處拎過嚟已經聞到杏仁茶嘅味,食落非常滑身加上甜度剛剛好,整體唔錯👍🏻
