To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係新蒲崗附迎探完朋友,諗住去搵野食。初時諗住新蒲崗冇乜好野食之際,就上OPEN RICE俾我地搵到呢間餐廳。由於我地冇辣不歡,見到有間菜當然唔會放過佢,要會一會佢。一坐低睇下個menu,原來仲係一間有機餐廳,店主話D雞係出自佢地自家農場。講多冇謂,一口氣叫左個麻辣魚鍋同口水雞,仲叫左兩碗涼伴,冇錯全部都係辣首先,魚鍋真係冇得頂,麻同辣的比例剛剛好,又唔會蓋左魚的鮮味。先炸再放湯打邊爐,條魚有鮮味得黎D肉又唔會散。另外魚肉比較結實,唔知係咪有機魚關係。另一重點口水雞,果然係唔同出面的雞,食得出係走地雞,D肉比較結實同有雞味。值得再去。總括黎講,D食物係比較新鮮,又鮮又辣,別出心裁的食店。出面的川菜都唔多會用新鮮食材,會用好重既調味,香料去掩蓋食材的味道不足。

首先,魚鍋真係冇得頂,麻同辣的比例剛剛好,又唔會蓋左魚的鮮味。先炸再放湯打邊爐,條魚有鮮味得黎D肉又唔會散。另外魚肉比較結實,唔知係咪有機魚關係。
