正因為打邊爐係無咩花巧裝飾,無咩烹調工夫可言,食材既質素好與壞係無得呃,一試就知龍與鳳!呢間舖頭唔係處於大街大巷,又唔係屬於大集團,更加無放題任食,價錢唔係特別便宜,但係我地都再三幫襯,無他,就係食材夠新鮮!點解今次先出食評? 原因係人生第一次食水魚!仲要用水魚湯底打邊爐添,所以一定要記錄低呢次嘗鮮經驗呀。個湯底係藥材湯,主要係北芪淮山桂圓,而一隻水魚切開都有十幾件,不過我只係食左水魚既腳仔,估唔到係水魚皮既口感好滑,食落好多膠質,感覺有點像多肉版既雞腳。友人一直講水魚好滋補,叫我食多d, 但我都仲係未慣食呢d,最終都只係食左兩件。相反,個湯我飲左超多碗,我地係落水魚,之後加西洋菜,飲左呢轉湯然後先再加其他野,所以啖湯清甜又唔濁,好好飲。除左水魚,今餐仲打左魚飄,蝦膠墨魚膠,田雞,海蝦,同本地肥牛等成十樣野。呢度既本地肥牛質素非常高,油脂分佈均勻,入口嫰滑,有既係牛味唔係雪味。田雞細嫰,不過份量略少,想食多件都無。海蝦鮮甜彈牙,本人覺得最好咩醬料都唔好點,否則有點浪費此鮮甜滋味。但至正都係象拔蚌刺身,鮮甜不在話下,口感豐富,集爽脆嫰滑於一身,令人一片又接著一片停不下來。順帶一提,師傅刀
