又到食大閘蟹季節了,到處都有大閘蟹,試過在街邊買過,但質數參差,且用水草綑綁,會較重砰。媽媽聽聞上環廣隆行的太湖大閘蟹為本地正版正貨,還有, 喜歡吃蟹的她, 還專程冒雨出去,把大閘蟹帶回來,太愛她了!九月圓臍十月尖, 入秋後至十月底, 雄蟹最美味。雖然如此,仍想試試雌蟹,所以雄蟹雌蟹各兩隻, 每隻四両,好像是HK$240一斤, 這裡剛好是一斤了。雄蟹是肚尖, 雌蟹是肚圓。我發覺蟹殼深淺也有差別,隻隻都好生猛,眼仔眨眨﹗還有紫蘇葉、浙醋、薑、黃糖, 太貼心了。放紫蘇葉,蒸焗20分鐘就食得啦!雌蟹細隻一點,蟹膏比較實淨硬身,味道較清香且肉少,所以點些醋來吃會好味一點。雄蟹蟹膏甘黃,比較軟身,而且黏黏的,非常香濃,肉多爽身又鮮甜。十月記得要食雄蟹呀!還有還有,食完大閘蟹後,記得要飲薑茶驅寒呀﹗
