To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前上網見到夜晚好多人排隊食 睇相又幾吸引 所以為左避開多人嘅時間 決定同朋友黎食晏晝飯😤🍀麻辣脆耳叫左小辣 辣汁幾入味😜 豬耳爽口彈牙 份量都吾少 兩個人食都好足夠☺️🍀冷鍋酸菜魚黎到當然要試下酸菜魚或者麻辣魚 而今次我地就簡左個冷鍋酸菜魚🐟 酸菜好香好入味 而且吾會太過酸 恰到好處👍🏽 魚有嚼勁 吾會太淋 口感好好 吸埋酸菜湯底更加入味😍 冷鍋配埋水晶寬粉 夠晒滑同有咬口 配魚肉一齊食好夾🤤🍀黑糖糍粑叫左個大份份量嘅黑糖糍粑 有10件咁多🤩 糯米口感柔軟 而且香甜又可口 點埋少少黑糖更加入味 作為甜品真係好適合😚🍀凍柑橘青檸蜜酸酸甜甜好開胃 仲可以解下辣添🤭
