陪老公去完鰂魚涌辨事,,行過這間小店,被店內發出來的麻辣香味吸引。叫了重慶開心酸辣粉($69)鮮香麻辣 ,賞心悦目,有很多花生,酸菜,腩肉脆皮燒鍋上海湯麵($69),腩肉是煙燻的,非常之香脆可口,腩肉非常多件。意猶未盡,再來一碟水煮牛肉($148)濃香四溢。嘴唇立時覺得有點麻痹,太正了。叫了椒麻雞,雞肉入口即化的口感,讓我欲罷不能,加了很多蔥頭的它,香氣撲鼻,好吃到停不下來,小朋友也應該可以吃。川菜特點是突出麻、辣、香、鲜、油大、味厚,重用“三椒”(辣椒、花椒、胡椒)和鲜姜麻、辣、香、鲜、油大、味厚,色香味俱全,今天我完全是味覺享受,很滿足!
