To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

『粟米忌廉芝士蛋包飯。配原條鰻魚 』$85•一次過滿足幾個願望：可以食鰻魚、食滑蛋、試粟米汁、食有味飯🤣•🐟鰻魚仲長過手掌，用咗燒汁去調味，雖然唔係好厚肉，但絶對夠送飯•🍳蛋都唔hae你，以為蛋包飯係一片薄蛋，有驚喜丫！佢係炒滑蛋，最厚嗰段有差唔多1.5cm厚，超有份量•🍅飯好似唔使本咁，勁多，仲要係茄汁飯，唔係白飯喎•🌽粟米汁靠邊調下味，聽落又芝士又忌廉咁好似好漏，原來幾好送飯；本來擔心，又茄汁，又粟米汁，又鰻魚汁，個味會好複雜，但整體係幾夾•【後記】➡️份量之大，比大渣哥焗豬扒飯，仲飽！下午4點幾食，到夜晚12點都仲未肚餓➡️$85的確唔平，但食咗哩一餐可以頂2餐
