又去莆田開餐了~~ 今期主打鰻魚節🎏 重點是新鮮的活鰻魚,有兩款煮法:泉水現煮和鐵板香煎。喜歡香口食物的我當然選了鐵板香煎活鰻魚~ 鰻魚很厚肉,肉質嫩滑有咬口,魚皮煎到香脆,簡簡單單加少少鹽和檸檬汁已經好好味。另外還點了其他菜式~ 冰浸苦瓜是由廚師推介,切成一朵花型很花心思,賣相很靚,完全不吃苦瓜的我都貪得意想吃一下。苦瓜可以蘸點蜜糖來吃,苦味少了很多,食落甘甘甜甜的,果然有驚喜!閩香洋燒排炆得非常入味和稔身,而且醬汁酸酸甜甜,相當開胃,配白飯吃一流。莆田扁肉湯有紫菜和粒粒小魚餃,味道酸酸的,是很地道的福建菜。漁民紫菜燜飯炒得乾身,又不會油膩。飽滿的一餐
