港島區食烤魚最喜歡到這間小魚兒。喜歡它地方寬敞,魚款和湯底有多種選擇,質素好,性價比高。這兒的烤魚用3個爐頭,夠火力又有碳火風味。第一步先選魚種,我們通常會選江團魚($348),牠厚肉肥美,魚味和油份較重,含豐富膠原蛋白。今晚條魚非常大條,味道鮮味,非常不錯。第二味選湯底口味,今次選了鳳梨香辣豆花(+$18),辣度和麻度都選bb辣,這湯底特色是有新鮮菠蘿,甜甜酸酸好開胃。湯底配料都好豐富,有滑滑豆腐,青瓜、洋蔥、芫荽、木耳、大豆芽和寬粉。我們另外加個油麥菜($40)、米線($29)和手拍青瓜($45)。油麥菜和米線放到湯中煮熟,吸飽湯汁好惹味。手拍青瓜爽脆開胃。
