今晚同屋主有班朋友到家飯聚,我這個外人為免奇奇怪怪,還是外出,自己食自己。沒有選擇在家附近吃,因為也想趁港鐵半價走遠少少,真的不遠架...只乘幾個站去油塘,很想逛逛大本型。來到大本型,食肆多得令人眼花撩亂,獨個兒就簡單啲,去foodrepublic啦!原來「旺記冰室」開到油塘...之前也去過太古和灣仔分店,印象不錯。冰室地方比另外兩間分店寬敞,設有一個開放式的大水吧區,有多張二至四人枱,還有舒適的卡座,而出入的通道也挺闊落,環境不錯。翻開設計精美的餐牌,每幅菜式相片都不禁令人垂涎,哈!分別有招牌日本滑蛋飯系列、健康麵豉湯讚岐烏冬系列、啖啖肉系列、配多士滑蛋系列,共十一款選擇。而飲品的選擇都好多。******************************雖然滑蛋飯是招牌貨,但我卻被野菜蕃茄麵豉湯讚岐烏冬雙倍野菜Mixed vegetables with miso tomato soup and udon double size vegetables ($56+$10)吸引了,野菜 是我最愛,哈!一上枱便聞到香濃的蕃茄酸香,又夾雜了麵豉的鹹香,好特別!仔細看看,原來是碗鴛鴦烏冬,一半是蕃

一上枱便聞到香濃的蕃茄酸香,又夾雜了麵豉的鹹香,好特別!仔細看看,原來是碗鴛鴦烏冬,一半是蕃茄湯,另一半麵豉湯。先嚐鮮紅色的蕃茄湯,湯身濃稠,存有綿綿的蕃茄茸,味道相當濃郁,酸酸甜甜,開胃醒神。輪到麵豉湯,還好擔心會太鹹,幸好味道剛好,少少鹹香,喝後並沒有乾涸口乾,讚!

巑岐烏冬 煮得彈牙,挺有嚼勁,能沾上蕃茄濃湯,好滋味;至於麵豉湯,就較喜歡舀一大羹放上烏冬同吃,也美味!

別以為只是野菜咁齋,其實用料好豐富,細看有青椒絲、洋蔥絲、芽菜、椰菜、粟米、木耳絲 冬菇,再加埋火腿,全部切成絲,更易入口,還有兩隻鮮味彈牙的蝦仁,滿足!至於鮮黃色的炒蛋,是日本產,採用優質的食材所製作出來的食物果然不同,滿有蛋香,亦非常滑溜,伴些蕃茄濃湯 更美味。

每款餐均配一杯絲襪奶茶或忌廉即磨咖啡,可+$2轉為凍飲或可加錢選其他特飲。飲品都幾選擇,見近排周身骨痛,擔心作感冒……阿媽教落,熱檸樂煲薑Boiled Coca-cola with Lemon and Ginger (+$8)可預防感冒, 一於要杯打打底。內有三大片檸檬 和不少薑絲,味道酸酸甜甜,帶少許辛辣, 雖不算勁薑,但飲完之後都幾舒服。

估不到這碗蕃茄麵豉湯烏冬上枱時一半是蕃茄湯底,一半是麵豉湯底,是一碗鴛鴦烏冬,好有特式。開初分開吃,各有特式;最後兩者混合一起,原來味道都好特別,好味!
