近年吃到的鴨舌,九成十都是有舌沒顎的packing貨,依家要吃返以前那種鴨舌連埋鴨下巴的真正鴨舌,真的不容易,在天香樓第二代主理人韓小姐的推介下,終於試到杭州老師傅弄的鴨下巴,醬滷後味道豐富卻不會過濃,鴨舌前尖軟柔,而「羊咩鬚」有肉地,這天上海的飲食編輯朋友要我推介一間杭州菜館,她試後亦十分滿意,是值得回味好地方。
