湊湊火鍋其中一個特色係無限添加鴨血同豆腐，只不過佢嘅鴨血一啲都唔好食冇其他台式火鍋店咬落去咁嫩滑，食落去好老至於豆腐就鹹得滯，同樣地好老，好似煮咗好耐咁我叫咗個鴛鴦鍋台式麻辣鍋同埋酸菜魚鍋湯底都OK唔會太辣或者太鹹酸菜魚嘅酸菜都俾得好多唯一覺得比較好食嘅係佢嘅牛、飛魚籽墨魚滑同埋贈送嘅沙冰飛魚籽墨魚滑食落去好彈牙同埋滿口都係飛魚籽而牛肥瘦都好均勻，食落去啱啱好另外出邊有個自取區，有各款醬料可以揀亦都有得任添白飯同埋沙律（中華沙律）湯底嘢食都還好，不過我對個鴨血真係好失望
