To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收早，由於太忙嘅關係午餐都無食到。當然要食返啲嘢醫下肚。最緊三哥推出水煮鴨血。作為三哥同鴨血嘅愛好煮。當然要試吓啦。見到個餐牌都覺得好吸引。叫咗個水煮湯鴨血米線加雞肉中辣。本來係叫麻辣湯底。姐姐極力推薦水煮湯底。碗米線一上枱我都嚇親，平時我食開既中辣好似無咁紅架喎😂首先講個湯底，我自己就鍾意麻辣湯底多啲，水煮湯底味道偏咸。至於鴨血份量只有四舊，好似有少少到喉唔到肺嘅感覺。最後飲埋杯凍奶茶就滿足咗成晚。只能夠講，試過就算。都係麻辣湯底啱我多啲。
