To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近太古開左一間海南雞餐廳，上網一睇先知原來係鼎鼎大名新加坡文華大酒店旗下嘅傳奇海南雞餐廳品牌Chatterbox。我哋先喺收銀下單，然後將傳呼器放喺座位貼紙上面，職員就會將食物送到我哋面前！餐廳設計風格充滿趣味，尤其係牆上嘅英文句子，例如Rice to Meet You！- 文華海南雞飯雞肉全部去晒骨👍🏻，雞皮充滿光澤，肉質軟稔，油飯充滿香氣，而且飯粒乾爽，另外附送埋黑豉油、辣醬同薑蓉，相當周到。- 新加坡肉骨茶麵線肉骨茶有分星加坡同馬來西亞兩種，今次叫咗你星加坡肉骨茶，胡椒味較重，裏面總共有五件一字排，肉質唔算太嫩但分量搭救。油條非常香脆，浸落去肉骨茶有另一番風味。不過麵線同我想像中有啲出入，而且唔係太吸湯🥲- 蒜蓉炒小棠菜呢排太熱氣所以要食啲蔬菜，蒜蓉炒菜只係加$15。- 鹹蛋黃雞翼雞翼均勻地抹上鹹蛋黃醬，而且夾集既鹹蛋黃蓉，口感沙沙地好正😝原先期待香脆既口感，不過濃郁既鹹蛋香彌補返！- 椰子雪糕咖央三文治🥪估唔到呢個組合幾正，抹上咖央既鬆軟麵包夾住椰子雪糕，甜而不膩。海南雞飯絕對物有所值，椰子雪糕咖央三文治幾創新，一定會再幫襯！
