To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日早上,瞓晏左起身,心諗屋企附近茶餐廳都未必有位,所以最後決定去附近快餐店食個早餐,去到估唔到仲有啲位,立即就去排隊買份早餐先,叫左份雞扒炒滑蛋,再加杯熱奶茶。今次份早餐塊雞扒都算幾大塊,加上夠厚,連埋個汁食落味道都不錯,而炒滑蛋大家樂水準一向都唔錯,蛋炒得滑之餘,蛋再加上蔥花,變得味道無咁單調,還有一片已烘的多士,塗上牛油,熱辣辣令到牛油立即滲入,好香口,飲埋杯奶茶,一份簡單的早餐已經好滿足。
