To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日夜晚在元朗走一轉,剛剛好6點多,想想下食咩好呢...上網見到呢間好多人說讚,就即管走來試一試啦~幸好早了5分鐘到來,之後已經要等位了.點了2個麵,一個紅燒牛肉麵,一個雞排麵....果然不負眾望,牛肉麵湯夠濃, 有點辣,夾上牛肉,真的不錯,而且牛肉夠淋,一個字讚.雞排麵,雞排大大塊,去骨,即炸即上,夠肉汁,好食,可惜個湯比較淡,可能是因為雞排是炸,已經好夠味,所以湯麵就以清湯為主.隨帶一提,食店地方較為狹窄,即使有位都係會叫人搭枱,你一食完就會立即拎走你d餐具,好像有點趕客,如果這一點可以改善,咁就最好啦.
