To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有日好想去食台灣野,就去左呢間元朗老店喇。我地個日去既人唔算多,所以裡面都有冷氣位坐,客人亦都可以選擇坐出面,任君選擇。每位客人枱面都有張餐單,餐單裡面一目瞭然,唔使左望右望揾個餐牌係邊。而且餐點價位都算合理。不過餐廳座位設計有啲迫,坐得唔係咁舒服,冷氣都有少少弱,對於夏天邊食麵邊淋汗會有啲辛苦。我點左一份經典香酥雞扒干拌麵,不得不說碟香酥雞個份量好多,而且啱啱炸起真係好香脆,雞扒啲肉唔會好柴,而且旁邊有啲調味料可以加下味,建議加啲店裡面既鹽,味道真係唔錯。干拌麵份量雖然唔太多,但勝在麵條煮得有咬口,煙煙韌韌,沾埋啲醬汁都幾惹味。台式豬腳干拌麵味道都唔錯,豬腳煮得好入味,又Q又好味,豬腳個種骨膠原真係令人回味無窮。我地另外點多份鹽酥魷魚鬚,份量真心多,重點裡面係大大舊的魷魚啖啖肉,外皮脆脆地好好味,佢仲配左碟酸酸甜甜的醬汁解下膩。如果再黎呢碟一定必點,份量仲多過係台灣食到的魷魚鬚,讚~總體黎講,餐廳食物質素都唔錯,食物都算幾正宗台灣味道,出餐速度都算快。唯獨餐廳冷氣唔太夠,由廚房煮麵鍋漂出黎的熱氣和白煙令到用餐環境有啲焗,特別是坐係近廚房位置的座位。另外餐廳走動的空間比較窄行過路過都容易整跌枱邊的東西,如果唔想迫住食可以揀坐在室外位置。如果唔太介意環境既話,呢間餐廳質素都唔錯架~ continue reading

極差的一間餐廳!第一次食飯中途 員工無啦啦掉個地氈出嚟喺地下更換!嗰陣全場坐滿客人 啲塵滿天飛 我正正坐喺門口位置 即刻胃口都冇 我個電話擺喺枱面佈滿塵點 即刻埋單同員工反映 但員工冇任何道歉,只係急急腳收錢 呢間餐廳一直都覺得啲員工態度好差 冇諗到連一啲基本嘅衛生常識都冇 邊有可能喺食飯期間換地氈 continue reading
