To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實2-3年前同朋友黎過....o個次印象好好, 又平又好食...估唔到事隔咁耐先再次重臨... 因為男朋友未食過, 所以特登帶佢黎...不過其實得2個人試唔到太多野我地叫左2位雞湯翅 (必叫) -- 好足料, 雖然一定唔係靚翅, 但唔腥唔會有骨....而且成碗湯勁濃烈雞味...奶白色...好似所有雞嘅精華都o係哂湯度. 呢個我個人認為係必食...而且隔左咁耐黎都keep到水準...煲仔西洋菜 -- 黎到先將菜放落燒熱嘅煲度...."炸炸" 聲好惹味, 食到尾聲d菜都仲熱辣辣...避風塘瀨尿蝦肉 -- 皮薄, 唔會有多餘嘅粉...十分香口, 雖然炸過, 但依然食得出瀨尿蝦嘅鮮味, 之前食過椒鹽九肚魚, 我覺得呢個會更香口更惹味...花膠鵝掌煲-- $98....4隻鵝掌...5-6花膠, 都算叫足料, 但鵝掌再多d會更好...多人食既話會唔夠分...雖然價錢偏貴, 但味道一流, 底面仲放左少少生菜, 唔會o徒左d汁...而且汁好"杰" 身...好有膠質, 有養顏嘅感覺...埋單先發現由40多元嘅雞湯翅, 加到而家80多元, 竟然o係2-3年加左差唔到一倍....而家佢已經o係我心目中

不過佢嘅食物確係好味, 但現實歸現實, 今次黎確係無以前咁多人呢.....
