To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近去咗一間尖沙咀嘅餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅重慶雞煲,價錢係$168,半隻雞。整體味道相當唔錯,雞肉鮮嫩,入味十足。最重要係份量十足!而中辣同中麻嘅選擇令到啖啖都有驚喜!另外,還試咗幾樣小菜:椒鹽豆腐 ($68)外脆內嫩,椒鹽味道適中,豆腐吸收咗香料嘅味道,做為開胃菜非常合適。麻辣涼拌魚皮 ($68)魚皮爽脆,加上麻辣醬汁,口感非常獨特,挑逗味蕾。萵筍 ($48)清新爽口,作為配菜非常好,幫助解膩。飲品方面,選咗:龍鳳檸樂 ($28)檸檬味道清新,適合搭配重口味嘅菜。青檸梳打 ($36)氣泡水加上青檸,口感清爽,幫助消化。整體而言,呢餐嘅性價比相當高,菜品新鮮,味道出色,值得一試!如果你鍾意重口味,重慶雞煲絕對唔可以錯過。
