見食評差不多個個來紫荊閣都食叫化雞,所謂"雞"不可失,我當然跟大隊。傳統方法做,用真泥,中間有錫紙,原汁原味煮,拆開之後,熱煙馬上冒出來,香噴噴,成隻雞,雞裡面有饀,木耳紅棗之類,雞肉煮得非常腍又多汁,第一次食都咁好食,招牌叫化雞無點錯, $480。食完隻雞,已經飽了大半,加款清淡的蟹肉蛋白炒魚肚,$128, 賣相幾靚,仲加了些蟹子,蛋夠滑,都好好食。兩個人兩個餸已經非常飽,試業期間有七折,今晚每人$335,物有所值。
