大角咀閒閒地都有三、四間燒味鋪,要數最「四正」的一定係打正旗號食燒鵝的「鵝皇館」,呢間前鋪後工場的傳統燒味店真係買少見少,點可以唔幫襯下。平時黎到鵝皇館一定要佢隻乳豬,貪佢唔咪度度有得食,今日就想「養生」少少,試下佢個陳皮鴨肶湯飯。鴨湯用不銹鋼大碗上,鴨肶燉到好淋,火候十足入口即溶,陳皮有健脾開胃食療作用,鴨湯暖胃最岩秋涼季節食用。鴨湯本生清清地,用筷子夾開鴨皮,肥膏即融於燉湯中,變得水乳交融,果種獨特甘香非筆墨所形容,難怪相傳長壽的乾隆皇都是非常嗜鴨的。至於燒乳豬皮夠脆,係大角咀食燒味飯不二之選!
