活動多多左出港島, 灣仔成為偶爾路經嘅地方, 係灣仔解決一餐半餐成為左日常要做的事。今次就揀左係修頓旁的黃金燒味, 係軒尼斯道, 又近地鐵, 簡簡單單又一餐。如果二三人夜晚嚟,二人套餐就啱晒喇。二人套餐, 有燒味、蒸魚、滷水拼盤、時菜, 送埋例湯或啡茶, 二百蚊多少少, 都唔差。 老火湯 第一個湯叫了老火湯, 青本瓜煲豬骨, 清甜而肉味濃。 淮山杞子螺頭燉雞 第二個湯加錢換了淮山杞子螺頭燉雞湯, 有雞湯的潤肺, 唯可再隔多一點油。 燒味拼盤 燒鵝拼乳豬,燒味果然做得有水準,尤其是乳豬,外皮燒得脆卜卜,肉質鬆化,又唔會醃得過鹹;至於燒鵝, 都幾好食,皮脆油香。 拍蒜豉汁蒸倉魚 蒸魚原條上,而豉汁落足料好惹味,條魚蒸得恰到好處,肉質嫩滑,伴以豉汁蒸魚撈飯,一流! 白雲雞腳伴青瓜 酸甜開胃, 夠爽口。 油菜 鵝掌翼 口痕痕又叫多碟鵝掌翼。 鵝掌鵝翼都特別巨型, 鹵水味芳香,不會死鹹,又帶點陣陣酒香,層次豐富。 最後以兩杯凍檸水作結 燒味始終係港式產品,總會arm口味,亦老少咸宜,所以餐廳都幾旺場ga!
