To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6點幾去到已經坐左8成客人，相信尼間分店都幾受歡迎。鹵水拼盤酸辣粉(小辣)配黃金花枝丸+可樂($75)成碗湯都超紅，第一啖食超辣。今次既薯粉略嫌腍左d，薯粉硬返少少會更有口感，有趙口會仲好食。鹵水拼盤有：2隻鹵水雞翼、4件豬大腸、3件雞腎同半隻鹵水蛋。鹵水雞翼乾身，無乜鹵水味；豬大腸太多肥膏，又肥又UN；雞腎太柴太硬，無口感，唔好食；鹵水蛋太乾。唔會再點鹵水拼盤(可能旺角分店ok?)。(個人口味: 2.8/5)黃金花枝丸(個人口味: 3+4/10)皇牌口水雞(小辣)酸辣粉(BB辣)配黃金芝士豆腐+凍檸茶($73)口水雞有雞翼雞胸雞脾位，都之前一樣，口感嫩滑，但肉較少。酸辣粉幾好食。(個人口味: 3/5)黃金芝士豆腐(個人口味: 3+4/10)上菜速度比旺角分店快。旺角分店既芝士豆腐比花枝丸好食，元朗分店既芝士豆腐同花枝丸質素差唔多，都唔錯。
