原本報團去潮州玩幾日, 食下當地美食, 結果因為內地封城, 旅行planning又再無了期押後。早排同屋企人路經見到一間餐廳名叫"日日香", 餐廳名很熟悉, 原來是潮州旅行必食之一, 潮州旅遊cancel了, 雖然未知是否過江龍開分店, 但還是想試試!!我倆揀左最抵食既自選【鹵水雙併飯】HK$60鵝肉+豬大腸鵝肉雖然好似肥左少少, 但肉質很嫩而且肉汁豐富。 豬大腸算係林中帶爽, 個飯加左少少鹵水汁同埋甜酸菜, 食落唔會太寡, 兼有層次。屋企人就揀左鵝肉+墨魚,墨魚甜甜地, 爽得黎唔會硬到咬唔開, 食到墨魚原汁原味另外仲order左散叫小食share,【鵝腎】HK$30腎幾林, 不是死硬口感。食到少少鵝腎本身甜味【鵝腸】HK$50有鵝香味, 非常爽口, 不過部份鵝腸有肥油連帶, 唔想食咁肥就要自行清走
