以潮州鹵味店嚟講, 哩間算喺企理又好食。$45-$50 喺雙拼或三拼, 選擇都算多..鵝頸絶對喺值得一試! 又好肉、夠味, 但唔會鹵到霉晒, 皮仲好香好嫩滑。而鵝腸就算ok, 唔喺太出色。(佢哋個辣椒醬雖然唔辣, 但用嚟配啲鹵味會加到少少咸香提味, 都唔錯嫁)配粥最好叫埋個咸菜, 唔酸甜都唔會太激, 又夠爽口, 配白粥一流~豬頸肉又爽又嫩, 但都唔夠豬頭肉咁出色! 一個可能喺除咗旺角肥媽之外, 最好食嘅豬頭肉!! (不過, 我覺得佢哋整豬頭肉水準差次少少) 咬落去軟骨固之然爽脆, 但邊邊嘅肉就有啲起膠嘅感覺, 又唔會太膩。除非好鍾意食鹵豆腐, 如果唔喺基本上唔洗叫, 因為佢每碟個底都會同你墊幾舊。另外, 之前試過鹵鵝同沙薑雞。鵝唔算好食 (當然已經好過好多所謂嘅打冷檔), 但都可以一試。而佢嘅沙薑雞雖然唔幾似沙薑雞, 但肉質同味道都唔錯, 所以如果你忘記佢個名, 其實都食得過。  仲有佢哋嘅鹵鴨舌好扺又好食, 送啤酒一絶~

豬頸肉又爽又嫩, 但都唔夠豬頭肉咁出色! 一個可能喺除咗旺角肥媽之外, 最好食嘅豬頭肉!! (不過, 我覺得佢哋整豬頭肉水準差次少少)

除非好鍾意食鹵豆腐, 如果唔喺基本上唔洗叫, 因為佢每碟個底都會同你墊幾舊。
