成日覺得越簡單的食物越考廚師的功夫和心機,一份才二十多元的鹹牛肉蛋多士,要將鹹牛肉混入蛋漿再慢火煎,多士二開四仲要排得靚靚仔仔,絕對係誠意之作,而且體會到呢間小店的堅持,難怪多年來一值受街坊和如我一般的外區客追捧。味道方面,本身煎咗的鹹牛肉就已經會香D,加埋蛋令成件事唔會咁鹹,多士亦夠脆,好食。少有的凍奶茶少甜真係做得到少甜,食過就會明白點解成日都要排長龍兼每日收四點三點半已經last order,而且仲可以逢星期日休息咁巴閉啦。
