四款食物中最好味係塔香鹽酥雞,夠香、夠味、夠脆,咬落仲有肉汁,冇炸到變雞肉乾,雞肉頗厚身,有咬口,送飯一流,九層塔要快手食,放耐咗會由脆變軟。第二樣食得高興嘅係台式炒米粉,堅用新竹米粉,有誠意,用料豐富有菜有肉,更有鑊氣,亦夠份量。但係呢,油就多咗啲,同埋汁多咗啲,唔同台北嘅咁乾身,整體感覺依然係良好。店方推介滷肉飯同蔭瓜鳳梨苦瓜雞湯,反而麻麻地。滷肉飯嘅肉同汁都量少,啲汁只係得面層咁多,去唔到飯碗中層位置,唔夠撈飯,但有一個欣賞位,就係用咗珍珠米,誠意x 2;雞湯唔苦唔甜,味道不明,而蜆只見殼不見肉。今回二比二平手,下次會試其他嘢。難得嚟到呢頭,出舖頭行遠少少過斜對面,就喺一級歷史建築雷生春,入面仲有涼茶飲,食咗炸物後怕熱氣嘅啱晒。
