To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過尖沙咀, 看到長長的人龍 (最少30人), 原來大家都在排鹿角巷。喜愛珍珠奶茶的我 當然亦要加入軍團試試!一直排一直排, 大約40-45分鐘左右終於輪到我!排到去至明白排長龍的原因... 職員態度服務都非常好每次只讓一個客人到收銀處睇MENU, 點飲品, 完全唔會俾壓力你因為咁, 所以每次點完飲品後唔需要額外再等非常長時間去拎飲品大約10分鐘內都一定有我點左招牌既 小鹿出抹 同埋 黑糖鹿丸鮮奶包裝同個杯都好特別, 不過份量就不是太多鹿角巷教客人: 先不要攪飲品, 直接飲... 真係幾特別涷既鮮奶遇上暖既珍珠... 好好飲!!之後攪拌後, 都幾好飲! 但都係第一啖既飲法最特別最好!佢既珍珠非常軟同彈牙, 而且好重庶糖(定黑糖)既味道!小鹿出抹既抹茶奶就越飲越有味道而黑糖鹿丸鮮奶, 就係純鮮奶既味道, 比較單調但鹿角巷既珍珠係我食過最好食既珍珠!注意呀 而家每人最多可以買兩杯鹿丸系列
