To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意食自助餐嘅我，成日都會留意各區酒店嘅自助餐，最近係網上見到沙田麗豪酒店唔錯，所以今日就去咗試試。餐廳係酒店嘅三樓地方都幾大，而且仲有好多可愛嘅公仔佈置，攞嚟做小朋友慶祝場地都幾好，而且喺正游泳池隔離，景觀都算唔錯。食物種類方面非常多元化，呢家做緊澳門美食主題，所以仲可以品嚐到馬六甲咖喱同葡國雞添，而且當然仲唔少得澳門出名嘅安德魯葡撻啦。海鮮雖然少咗龍蝦同生蠔，但係其他海鮮都好正，刺身亦好肥美。
