To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍L’Eau Restaurant 位於麗豪酒店入面嘅自助餐，平日晚餐成人每位係$578，週末就$638，算係性價比幾高嘅餐廳。海鮮🦐都新鮮同refill得快，種類有青口、長腳蟹同、蝦同大蜆，而旁邊係壽司同魚生區🍣當然仲有各種粉麵飯熟食，任君選擇。另外每台都會送一鍋邊爐🥘同朱古力噴泉🍫配料可以出bar枱拎。甜品方面有唔同口味嘅蛋糕仔，仲有我最愛嘅麵包布甸😍同任食movenpick，當中最特別一定係火焰蛋糕，廚師會推出大廳喺大家面前燒，外熱內凍嘅口感食落去幾得意，唔會太過甜膩👍🏻總括而言，呢間嘢幾抵食，食物款式又多，有機會一定會帶埋其他朋友嚟食😋
