To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚吃辣的心又起了，去到附近嘅餐廳叫左個口水雞，再加多杯凍檸茶，我覺得呢個係絕配，食辣嘢我多數都會叫凍檸茶㗎喇。呢度啲凍檸茶都會落成三四片檸檬，係好正宗，同足料嘅凍檸茶。今日的雞唔夠平時嫩口，有少少鞋。佢平時啲雞都係比較嫩嘅，但係相對骨就會多啲，不過就唔會唔夠飽因為都幾大份。 另外佢個口水雞嘅辣汁真係教得好好，我覺得正宗得泥又唔會太辣。我好鍾意上面嗰啲好似豆瓣醬咁嘅嘢，有時啲餐廳慳皮起上嚟真係會淨係落辣油就算，呢間就唔會的，啲醬總係好夠料。
