A La Bakery一向都係主推法式面包,但原來麵包店都可以得坐低食甜品喎!為慶祝淘大新店開幕,A La Bakery 早前推出一系列「甜蜜蜜」既創新法式堂食甜品,全部材料由法國入口,造型仲好特別,呢日就約左朋友去試齊咁多款Rock n roll ,呢個完全估你唔到,竟然係皮蛋味!!食到尾真係有回甘 ,芝士蛋糕配酸薑醬,旁邊既菇以為係綿花糖?原來係法式蛋白糖霜脆餅就真!;A La Garden,呢個好特別,兩隻蝴蝶都食得架!整到成個盤景咁,個石頭係用brownie製成,再以草莓mosse扮石頭,硬崩崩既青苔就係開心果蛋糕;點心像真度極高!原來燒賣係熱情果芝士蛋糕,個皮好似細個食鳳仙雪條咁,好得意!Iced cream brûlée 雪糕燉蛋將法式焦糖燉蛋做成雪糕質感,加D脆脆,再配檸檬糖衣同樹莓醬,口感好好;最後就係橙酒梳乎厘,香橙味好濃郁,個面好軟好SOFT,加上雲尼拿醬,清新味道同橙酒味加埋好特別,用佢黎結尾就一流啦!全部甜品既口感同我第一個感覺都唔同,以為係硬,點知軟林林,以為係林,點知差D咬崩牙,好特別既體驗
