今日老公因為小額錢case攪到好5開心﹐所以諗住搵啲好嘢食用味覺來沖淡一下,返到大埔都5知食咩好﹐梗係又到出 openrice 出馬喇!Search 到大埔最近又開左間新麵館『麵屋 元祖達摩』﹐當然身為大埔友一定要試下喇!按地址是太和中心但去錯了太和廣場﹐住了大埔甘多年﹐原來太和中心係消防局對面﹐要去的食友要留意,去到門口都有幾多人等緊位﹐等左15分鐘左右有位了﹐間舖坐位不多﹐店內有很多飾品﹐當然少不了招牌商標(達摩) 餐牌內的款式不多﹐麵款有4種全部都以達磨為名的﹐松川達磨(醬油拉麵)、高崎達磨(豚骨拉麵)、姬達磨(辛辣麵)及鈴川達磨(特上豚骨拉麵)﹐店員推介了兩款一款是姬達磨(辛辣麵)另一款是鈴川達磨(特上豚骨拉麵)﹐落單是自己選點手寫的﹐每款麵都可以有不同制法及可加錢追加配料的﹐而我們分別點了店員的推介外還加了我的最愛芝麻雞翼﹐芝麻雞翼已經好難食到了﹐很多日本食店已經5賣這款了﹐在等食時間好奇心問下點解會叫『麵屋 元祖達摩』﹐原來係有由頭的都好有趣的﹐食友們有機會去食不妨也問一下。姬達磨(辛辣麵)先上

餐牌內的款式不多﹐麵款有4種全部都以達磨為名的﹐松川達磨(醬油拉麵)、高崎達磨(豚骨拉麵)、姬達磨(辛辣麵)及鈴川達磨(特上豚骨拉麵)﹐店員推介了兩款一款是姬達磨(辛辣麵)另一款是鈴川達磨(特上豚骨拉麵)﹐落單是自己選點手寫的﹐每款麵都可以有不同制法及可加錢追加配料的﹐而我們分別點了店員的推介外還加了我的最愛芝麻雞翼﹐芝麻雞翼已經好難食到了﹐很多日本食店已經5賣這款了﹐在等食時間好奇心問下點解會叫『麵屋 元祖達摩』﹐原來係有由頭的都好有趣的﹐食友們有機會去食不妨也問一下。姬達磨(辛辣麵)先上枱﹐賣相已令我忍不住飲啖湯﹐豬骨湯味濃加點辣好正(辣度可分:小辛、中辛及大辛)﹐塊豚肉好大呀!還有隻溫泉蛋半生半熟是最好食的﹐跟住鈴川達磨(特上豚骨拉麵)上枱已經好有豬骨湯味道﹐我當然飲頭啖湯先﹐嘩!真係好好味﹐可能我碗加埋辣搶了點豬骨湯﹐所以沒有這碗甘特顯豬骨湯﹐而這款有2種不同的豚肉﹐店員推介原因就是這两款豚肉分別是日本豬肉及澳洲黑毛豬﹐她說日本豚肉肥美甘香﹐澳洲黑毛豬爽滑有口感﹐最後到了我至愛芝麻雞翼﹐雞翼佔了很多芝麻﹐很香肉滑多肉汁﹐一點沒有乾的感覺﹐喜歡食雞翼的食友一定要試下。這間麵店整體上我會給满分﹐因食材及味道都有水準、店內有透明度﹐乾淨衛生﹐煮食中每一個步驟都可以睇到﹐連洗碗都是由洗碗機高溫處理﹐還有就是每位店員的服務態度禮貌 very very good, 好像係日本麵館進餐的感覺﹐食完呢餐我老公已經5記得小額錢case。哈哈!真係一食解千愁。
