To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間粉麵店位處大埔墟，純粹交通方便先食吓咁啱當日入大尾督先喺大埔搵食見到主打係越式同潮州粉麵諗住魚蛋粉快靚正可惜真係稱唔上好食，係得手撕雞可以入口雖然係黃，但味道都要改進一下先得鮮蝦雲吞麵$32 麵底鹼水味重，湯底都係豬肉鮮蝦雲吞有啲雪藏味只係價錢平，要嚟飽肚而鹽焗手撕雞撈淮山麵 $40 就較可以入口淮山麵雖然略潺滑，但整體比較乾味道亦好淡，需要沾麵般沾上熱湯食先有味手撕雞有麻辣、蒜辣、鹽焗、蒜香可擇基本上手撕雞相對較香口雞肉嫩滑，變成幼絲，有芝麻香，撈埋椰菜絲有爽脆感不過手撕雞出唔到雞油，雞味唔算濃如果雞油溢出，可以同麵底融合，會更惹味
