To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然我喺呢區長大, 但因為唔多鍾意食鹼水麵, 所以從來對呢類麵店視若無睹, 掂行掂過, 真至知道永隆街出咗間米芝蓮, 哎呀真係失覺, 點都要搵日幫襯下, 幫襯之日係年初三, 我估因為假期關係,佢收的價錢比平時貴, 所以呢篇食評就唔講錢, 淨講食物.老公點的牛腩撈麵,撈麵非常爽脆, 牛腩炆得幾腍, 係碟菜樣衰啲, 及格啦.我點的紅燒滷肉麵待應推介呢款, 話佢地做滷肉好出名,滷肉賣相既乾且薄, 得嗰幾片, 又硬又實, 麻麻咋喎, 湯麵得幾箸, 我一向細食, 都覺得唔夠, 老公都覺得我碗麵份量太細, 响佢碗撈麵度挾幾箸俾我!結果兩個人都唔飽, 兩點未夠就要食下午茶都係嗰句, 大時大節幫襯水準不能作準.

待應推介呢款, 話佢地做滷肉好出名,
滷肉賣相既乾且薄, 得嗰幾片, 又硬又實, 麻麻咋喎,

湯麵得幾箸, 我一向細食, 都覺得唔夠,
老公都覺得我碗麵份量太細,
响佢碗撈麵度挾幾箸俾我!

結果兩個人都唔飽, 兩點未夠就要食下午茶
