今天天氣冇理由唔打邊爐,一直都覺得牛氣嘅壽喜燒個湯底怪怪地,總係覺得佢溝得唔算出色,但係勉強又可以叫做合格。今日選擇牛小排,牛小排嘅肉質一啲都唔鞋,好淋好食,二百幾蚊任食我覺得好抵食。今日見到一隻新菜,叫做水蓮,佢嘅質地都幾得意,感覺上條都係屬於纖維,但係佢有冇渣,其實點講先啱呢,佢唔係一款比較容易吞嘅蔬菜,比較要咬多幾下,同埋感覺煮極都唔會淋,算屬於爽口嘅蔬菜,幾得意。同埋每次嚟呢度打邊爐都一定會食一樣野,我印象中好似得呢一度地方先有,叫做麻吉西北燒,其實就係湯圓,有兩款口味芝麻同花生,不過將個湯圓放喺鹹嘅湯底裏面煮,煮咗個湯圓外咸裏面甜,識嘅感覺好得意,有少少複雜不過幾好食。
