最近天氣開始凍,一班同事就建議去食麻煩川菜去驅寒。本身我唔係一個麻辣愛好人士,但係一班同事叫到,所以就去銅鑼灣試下佢地成日食的小甜甜。Book左台,唔洗等位就可以入座。7點半左右就大約7丶8成入座率,閒日黎講算唔錯吧。野山椒泡鳳爪,前菜既凍盤,10級辣的話大約係4級左右。肉身幾爽身,味道少辣,香料味幾重,幾鍾意食!田雞煲幾大煲,超足料!一開始食既時侯都少少辣,好香。田雞好嫩滑,湯汁又麻又辣但愈食得耐,湯底一路係度煮住,湯汁一路滲入去田雞入面,愈煮愈辣。食到後面,開始唔係好頂得順,要一路飲啤酒一路食,但係辣得好過癮!10級辣的話大約係8級左右平時真係好少可會飲豬腦湯,覺得味道會好「壓」。但呢個湯我幾鍾意飲,完全冇豬的壓味,飲落去只有豬的肉湯味同埋藥材味,好順口。呢道菜係甜甜地,四季豆加點肉碎,係咁多度辣菜之中再番少少甜味中和,舒服哂。四季豆炒得好香,好鍾意食!10級辣的話大約係6級左右滿滿嘅辣椒入面有一隻隻炸得金黃鬆脆嘅軟殼蟹,蟹肉入面重有好多汁味道比較咸,而且辣味十足,好惹味食得辣嘅人,一定要試

但愈食得耐,湯底一路係度煮住,湯汁一路滲入去田雞入面,愈煮愈辣。食到後面,開始唔係好頂得順,要一路飲啤酒一路食,但係辣得好過癮!
