今日放工約左朋友去油塘食麻辣烤魚!我地沿油塘A2出口,往工業區方向行,大概八分鐘就見到餐廳!直入餐廳,座位同座位間嘅空間感足夠,除大圓枱外,還設有卡位,聚會時令客人更自在舒適。坐底後,侍應向我地遞上點菜紙。最後我地揀左尖椒重慶皮蛋、麻辣烤魚(桂花魚全條)、特大日本廣島蠔、滋補花膠、薯粉、雜菇同紐西蘭聖子皇!皮蛋入口帶麻香,味道有d似層相識,四川風味,幾開胃!之後各種配料隨後送上。海鮮類同花膠特別吸引,性價比高,特別係廣島蠔,好大隻!重點嚟啦!原條桂花魚!好彩叫小辣,因為佢超足料嘅關係,小辣都已經好辣!建議大家盡快先食晒條魚先,因為魚質會隨着溫度高,時間長而變得韌!加埋配料落去,超豐富,絕對麻得過癮!
