Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家食都開左好耐啦，事實係無文記咁出名，😳但大家一定要睇清楚係「平頭裝」先好去食呀！今日一如既往咁食呢度主打的招牌手攪麵，😌湯底就選擇蕃茄雞蛋牛肉，加香酥炸豬排、滷水雞翼、東坡肉！整體感覺係少食滋味，手攪麵好似份量俾少左，但麵質還剩少許煙韌彈牙，間中食下總令人時常懷念。香酥炸豬排厚度適中，無油膩感，好熱好香，係食肉好選擇。滷水雞翼幾好，有3隻夠入味，大細適中，無任何特別。唯讀想講東坡肉撞埋個味精湯，只能食到咸味，肉質都幾乎食唔出來了。

整體感覺係少食滋味，手攪麵好似份量俾少左，但麵質還剩少許煙韌彈牙，間中食下總令人時常懷念。
